Quick overnight for a early morning flight. Loved the layout of the room. Very comfy. Shower water pressure was AWESOME!
We have a beautiful room . Kayla is the best and she was amazing about Carol's birthday. I can't wait till she sees it. I come to Nashville often and will only stay here from now on. Thank you Kayla
Took my family to Nashville and stayed here. It’s a nice little hideaway! The rooms were clean, large, and up to date. Front desk service was Excellent and they gave us warm cookies!! Edna, Mo, Lakita, Andreka, and Michael were our front desk Professionals. The bartender was nice with a pleasant smile and great service! OMG the pool, I could have sat out there for days absorbing the sun and enjoying the water. The fitness center was nice and clean. Everything worked in the fitness center too. Breakfast was very convenient!
Stayed a few days ago with my mom Nola has the sweetest personality and was smiling every time we came down the rooms were clean housekeeping got us towels as requested the room was nice and clean waters waiting on us and we got warm fresh free cookies at check in I will definitely return in a few weeks when I come down for work
We had a fantastic stay! The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly, and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant/bar was very convenient and served delicious food. Our bartender/waitress was exceptionally nice, making our experience even better. The hand shuffleboard game was a hit with both kids and adults, providing lots of fun. Although the walk from the lobby to the elevator was a bit unusual, it added character to the place. Paying for parking seemed a bit much, but the reasonable room rate made up for it. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've rebooked a room for our next early flight out of BNA.
Thought breakfast was complementary. I was wrong! Was asked if I was a gold card member but no one else around was asked. Paid 14 dollars for a glass of water fruit and eggs. Never again made this experience horrible.
Can’t say our experience was perfect but Everton had made it way more memorable for me and my partner! He was like the Mr. Mosbey of Double Tree Nashville He was knowledgeable, attentive & kind. Give him a raise ASAP! Also thank you to the Manager Kayla for being so communicative & compassionate throughout our stay.
Wonderful welcoming place. I think we found our place for when we are in Nashville. Our person who helped us checkin was amazing (Thank you Nola!).
